WHL firms up Seychelles leads

Australia’s WHL Energy has identified 27 leads and prospects on its acreage off the Republic of Seychelles following the analysis of new 2D data.
WHL said the areas identified from the recently acquired 2D seismic and were estimated to contain a total mean prospective and best estimate oil resource of 5.5 billion barrels.
The largest structure mapped from the 7966 kilometre shoot was the Beau Vallon feature which WHL assessed to hold a mean estimate of about 1 billion barrels of prospective resource, with an upside potential of up to 2 billion barrels.
“To have confirmed, with good quality seismic, leads and prospects of this magnitude within our portfolio is a great achievement for WHL Energy’s technical team,” managing director Steve Noske said.
“Furthermore the identification of numerous play types within three separate fairways provides management with great confidence as it progresses farm-out discussions.”
WHL has formally commenced farm-out negotiations for its offshore Seychelles assets with the opening of a data room at its offices in Perth, Western Australia, and hopes to formalise farm-out agreements by the end of the year, with the aim of potentially beginning a drilling programme next year.
WHL added it had enlisted Netherland Sewell & Associates Incorporated to carry out an independent review of the prospective resources in its Seychelles acreage which was currently ongoing.

Sorry for venting on your thread but I have to get this off my chest.

With all the controversy of this election and the boycott by the real opposition, there is no mention of it in the national newspaper, not a single phrase from the leaders of the boycott. Yet, the SBC reporters and photographers have time to cover the donation of a printer (yes, a single printer valued at approx. $39, with no spare ink) from Pilgrim Security. 1 f...king printer! And at the end the children sang song of thanks...

What will happen after printing a few pages, the printer will need more ink and the Creche will have to spend more than the cost of the printer to keep it printing. And because they cannot afford a cheap Deskjet printer, I don't think they'll be able to afford the ink in order to keep it going.

Wake up my friends! We need to monitor the national press and make sure they abide to the ethic of journalism. And if for any reason they fail to do so, we need to ask for them to resign. Maybe go and work for 'Thepeople'.

WARNNING!
Oil spot of beaches does not go well with eco-tourism.

That's why we are boycotting the sham elections. We want to reform SBC.

Francesca Monnaie is therefore guilty of breaching the rule of election. We have to make sure that she answers to the people of Seychelles for her crime. Be it in a court of law, at the market, on the beach, at the restaurant... we need to use this opportunity to make others think twice before aiding PP in their crime against the Seychellois people.
