Seychelles Justice Still In The Crapper Basing Some Judgement Purely On Emotion And No Recognition For Proper Evidence And Respect For Freedom.

A Doctor that did the examination of an 8 year old was not even asked relevant question in the case below nor was there any DNA test done or actual evidence yet an old man received 4 years based on a Judges compassion for mere words.

Questions should have been asked was:

When exactly did these incidents happen?

Why report it now?

In the absence of no broken hymen and agreed report from doctor to a slight widening of the female part of the eight year old, why was the doctor not asked if only a finger could cause this or other things such as bicycle large movements or simply human development?

There are many more questions i should asked based on this case but my main one would be what exactly was the four year ruling based on if not hearsay and verbal accusations?
