Re: Notification For Peaceful Protest

Dear Mr. Commissioner,

I Naboth, John Desaubin Of Glacis Sorento I am hereby putting you on notice that I shall be peacefully protesting against corruption in the form of clouded justice in my case the case of “Le Mariniere VS Seychelles Port Authority” .

Reason Enough is that a document stating that neither the port or any other authority should have evicted me from Le Mariniere while a trial was ongoing; and that was a court order which was then omitted or broken or by pass to sort that fish tail restaurant be established ignoring the hand of justice and  rule of law. No contempt of the law was issued nor initiated. Thus it is reasonable that due to lack of justice and fairness that the only course of action remaining is to peacefully protest and alert the world of what is taken and has taken place here in Seychelles.

I shall be protesting by myself with the use of a placard or protest panel at the entrance of the Mahe, Praslin Ferry Jetty, as now it is by law that I am to give you six days to reply though I feel it is not of Democratic practice I shall respect such until otherwise said or done by legal means necessary.

Yours Sincerely
Naboth John Desaubin

Desaubin a former sppf has more guts than any of those so called opposition to dare go and protest against the corrupt system while our so called dear leaders plays it safe and send lambs to the slaughter just as they did with martin agae.

Poor aglae ralph was spotting running away from him when he a was arrested, and to top it all up news ahas it volcere told him i ran so that i could secure your release from outside while he was at the pub eden island aglae was sleeping behind bars.

  4. No publicity on Desaubin protest maybe simply because fake oppositions are scared to expose themselves as coward and desaubin as a seychellois hero.

  5. THe real opposition,is the one that keeps promoting ,anfd fighting for Seychellois interest as a Nation on a daily bases. As to SFP it seems to me ,that it is the only party that has given a moral support ot MR Desaubin action. Now,If the question is Why SFP leader is not in the street with Mr Desuabin, the answer is simply---Seychellois must learn to exercise their legitimate rights by thmeselves and not alwways depend on Politcal parties to do so for them.Their rights to protest must not be taken as something that must be apporeved by Oppostion parties to take place or for them to act.....but a legitimate right they posse and that they must exercise whenever they feel necessary.......Should SFP leads each indivudal protests,it keeps Seychellois passive and idepend (like Partilepep on foreign aid)that is not healthy to achieve change for change must be geared by the majority. The passivity of our people have helped that PP has ensalved us for so long. This must change should we want genuine change.

For instance, that partilepep crooked ministers and ilks double their salary unilaterally, after Seychellois smade the sacrifced,,the main victims are those inthe public sectors...they a big majority and should in this case take initiative themslves and fight for justice and rights a organizations,associations,etc....
Take to the streets and protes against partilepep self increment that they do not deserve and ask for their rightful share. For that you donot have to always dpend on politcal parties but on our legitimate rights to freedom of expression,of assembly,of controlling thier own land,of deciding thier own destinyand so forth.

  7. I am inclined to agree with you Jeanne Darc as SFP walked out of the electoral reforms because they knew that it was going to end up as it did with PL taking the participants for a ride.

The Electoral commission where mandated to do a job and they did it; but unfortunately they are not the executives and they do not make laws but rather they where a tool used by the system to ridicule the greed and grandiose of the so called oppositions that remained at the table playing i am the leader.

Despite my agreement i still feel that those so called great leaders should be the ones who first takes to the streets and inspire courage to the people rather than by sitting our their asses at the bench and not participating saying they can run the team.

Responsibility for the ridiculous show put on by PL using the election commission is to be blamed on the faces that remained at an empty table with empty promises. The ones that sat on the sidelines while others were being used are also accomplices but with excuse.

The time to act for the people is now long passed and should the people like mr. Desaubin move forward; they should let go of dead weights that drags them behind and give rise to a new.

  10. Yes Jp its time for us to act, seen years we are saying lets take in the streets.Oppostion are powerless and have fear.

May be if opposition can not organize a protest or demonstration, ask us x Seychelles college guys or Seyco,it was not difficult for us it was very easy, why its so difficult for you Seychelles politicians to take the streets if you got 2000 supporters.Fear.Its time to STOP just post ARTICEL on internet, its time to take action and take in the streets now.I am tied of posting comment,i want to be on the streets asking invaders to go home and pp crooks to go that democracy can grow. When you politicians will stand up strong and help your peoples and save this land falling in the hands of Arabs and immigrant.
