Clinton should note that windturbines in Seychelles is a big flop and that working with the PL group she should take them back to school prior!

Ministry of Environment and Energy
Press Release: Clinton Foundation to work with Seychelles on energy security
Thursday 14th February 2013

One of the world's most famous nonprofit organisations, the Clinton Foundation of former US President Bill Clinton, is to work with Seychelles to strengthen the islands' energy security on their path to a low carbon economy.
Seychelles' Ambassador for Climate Change and SIDS Issues, Ronny Jumeau, recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the foundation's Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI) in New York.  Under the MoU the CCI will focus on using waste, solar and biomass to produce electricity. Seychelles will also receive assistance to better understand the full potential for using these resources and how these can help us achieve greater energy security.
The plan is to achieve 30% self sufficiency in energy for producing electricity by the year 2030, and the main challenge is the availability of economically viable resource to utilise. The country’s target for Renewable Energy will be 30% by 2030 (Vision 2020 exercise last year), as the wind farm will produce about 3% of the energy requirement and the waste to energy project will meet about 5 – 7%, by 2020. The PV project combined will meet between 3-5% of our needs. The assistance from Clinton Climate Initiative will also give us clear indication on the achievable target to be included in the policy. We are very fortunate to have the assistance of the Clinton Foundation to assist us with this opportunity.
The MOU notes that "as climate change accelerates, small island nations will suffer a disproportionate share of the consequences, such as higher sea levels, more powerful storms and warmer, more acidic waters, despite contributing very little to global greenhouse gas emissions".
The Minister for Environment and Energy, Professor Rolph Payet, says  the Clinton Climate Change Initiative comes at an opportune time as the Energy Act has now been established. Seychelles is already considering a number of proposals for investments in renewable energy and the partnership with the Clinton Foundation will provide Seychelles with support in achieving those goals.
Former President Clinton established the William J Clinton Foundation, as it is officially called, in 2001 at the end of his second term of office.  The CCI is one of the foundation's seven initiatives covering global affairs, health, poverty, sustainable economic growth and domestic issues in the US.  Its mission is to apply the foundation's business-oriented approach to fight climate change in practical, measurable and significant ways.

Achieve 30 percent in 2030.Well that is call drag one feet.SFP leadership proposal in much better ,fro the faster we can act now the best its effect on environemnt, and solving our energy problem. For instance, let us take La digue with the small popualtion of a few thousands.Putting PV on individual houses and governemnt buildings, and Treets could be achieved in one year should the governemnt has a real plan and in vest in the project.OnPraslin it could be done in two to Four years,in many small districts on Mahe Dito.

Stop fooling yourselves PP.

Clinton as shortly a German expert told PP.PV should not be maybe but a must,it is the logical approach that governemnt should take NOT othse noisy, ugly,an eyesore ot our Torusim industy ,Michle nad Arab Windturbins.(which must be dismounted and if Pp does not do it wie will do it in the future--for we have to choose what most important for our eocnomic TOURISM or noisy ,uneffective windturbins?)the naswer for the majority of Seychellois is clear including that of interantional experts, only PP half-brained to tget things-or forced to satisfy Khalfia wishes though it is clear it is not good for our island.

I think Clinton will see from far throuh her Plane^s windows those ungly white Pillars PP fixed on the coast of Victoria,It will be so visible from far in the air ,that She would probably ask Michel about those strange pillars standing in front on our Natural and beautiful view on our lands turning three months a year depending if there is enough wind ,or it is not too strong?

Just watch the faces of this four peoples it seem they dont have clue and their faces look misabel.Solar energy is the solution ban no body.

I think their facial impression are mixed. The guy on the far right, probably has always disagree with Michel ugly windmill project,R.Payet probably thinking USA sponsorship will be well-amanaged no way of robbing some dolalrs from the Mais, like i am trying to do in those illegal oil contratcs ,he is signing in our names. The lady, has nothing to say ,she is not a specialist in re-newable energy, simply doing her secratary job,and the four person, just there to make the team look big,for in the end of the day Dr.R.Payet and self-named Proffesor will dictate his own idea, which is similar to that of the Butcher.

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is needed to get set up? I'm assuming
having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I'm not very web savvy so I'm not 100% sure.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Appreciate it

Hi there would you mind sharing which blog platform you're using? I'm looking to start my own
blog in the near future but I'm having a hard time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I'm looking for something completely unique.
P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to
ask!
