The state of the Cascade school for Primary grade 1 to grade 6 students is a total deplorable and mess of a structure.

Decomarmond who is said to spend his time giving hand outs to his district people for drinks and party's only, is blind when it comes to the welfare of the young generations using the Cascade school.

The kindergarten building is like a mortuary which has not been used for some time over the years, the main school is fully depladidated and the roof inner covers are infested by nesting pigeons and rats of different sizes.

A grave concern is the place where they dispose these equipments that can be easily collected by school childrens and if used or accidently used can cause a tragic accident.

Condoms after usage is piled up at the rear border of the school just after one week end after another, giving extra work to the cleaners to clean and dispose before these young kids could see it.

We want better security for the youngsters and we want Decomarmond to be dealt with accordingly for his actions in fueling minors and gifted teenagers with alcohol,  encouraging Prostitutions and drug addicts through indirect thinking and lack of moral ethics.
