Mr. Desaubin says that he intends to fight his case to the last drop of his sweat if he has too; as he was wronged by colonel Ciseau for egotistical and ciseau's personal reasons in letting power get to him, just like James Michel said to the last MNA's before putting almost each and every one of them out of commission. John whom is well known to have had only a small radio in his working place being concerned with the local news of the country, is accused in the article for blasting loud music and offending or disturbing the peace and tranquility of passengers making way to and from ferry's at the jetty.
"As funny as it may sound people Newspaper must really have their journalist working on the other side of a phone line to write such an article!! We all know how busy it get's at the jetty with vessels to and from, conveying materials to and across our islands. Even the horn of cat Coco’s announcing it's departure is another and at the last entry of Cat Coco's parked vehicles with eople drinking alcohol and blasting loud music. The smell of the boilers from IOT emitting as far as town is also what this journalist would consider Le Marinier a place for tourist and local travellers to get peace and tranquility; even to the point of comparing these to a two to five what speaker radio which Mr.Desaubin was sometimes seen slapping it after working hours to pick up a signal.
Mr. Desaubin whom had previously submitted plans to expand and renew “le Marinier” which was never entertained by the authorities concern, is also being accused of not keeping the place in ship shape, and to say more they claimed it was a gold mine for him while they never gave him permission to developand expand.
Just as the plantation club was taken and given to Arabs, as small as “le Marinier” may be John is a freedom loving seychellois prepared to go all the way for justice. The only thing wrong with this picture is that the People Newspaper found it proper and lawful for the forceful removal of Mr. John Desaubin at “le Marinier”, but we are in a democracy they often publish.
John has been defamed and may suffer loads of clientele loss as he intends to stay in the same field and business. To people if they hear of John's venturing in the business or after winning his case of le marinier ilegal take over and continues. They will be repelled by people's article calling Mr. Desaubin a loud man with his music and inadequate service with iresponsible workers and understaffed even a lessor would refrain from lessing a place to such character as portrait by the People Newspaper. Mr. Desaubin is not Air Seychelles nor is he Intelvision he deserves his right to do his business in peace and tranquility and let the law take it's course if or where things are done wrong.

He'd been leasing this building as a restaurant from the Govt. for Rs. 6,000.00 monthly and then went on to sublease to a foreign businessman for Rs. 15,000.oo per month, for quite sometime. Maybe the Colonel just wanted in on the action, why would the govt rent out to this individual for such a low price?
He is one of Seychelles Mafioso, what goes round is now coming home to roost. If he runs out of cash he can ride on TATA.
Desaubin is a Seychellois and deserves protect and even special treatment when faced with an Arab competitor.
Shame on PL Communist Sell Outs!
Instead, the Communists give special treatment to the Arabs.
Arabs Go Home!
Seychelles belongs to us and will remain so! You are buying your time with sell out Michel and Ramkalawan.

Why do you keep calling the authorities communists? We are no longer afraid of communism like it was in the 70's. Is this an anti-communist party?

Is this an anti-communist party? How would Gill know ?
Sometimes one loses things very precious and then somehow manage to get them back, such as a wife, property and even faith. But when one crosses the line of one's dignity, there is no mending here, sorry there's no turning back.
I think FADA crossed that line when he took money from SIVA for his election campaign which is why he did not Boycott the presidential elections.
Good point.

Naboth was a big bully during his days as one of albert's personal security in the early 70s, he used to beat up many short and small-framed seychellois brothers who dared stand in his way.
Eventhough he was tall and large-framed - heavy weight type, he used beat our brothers way smaller his size, most in feather-weight built and most times he used clubs and GI tubes to beat them with unremorsefully.
He is a weird character who is unpredictable, disrespectful, volatile and without finesse and social etiquette. You could be his lawyer helping him he could just turn and beat you up and leave you to bleed through your broken nose and mouth just like that. So don't make that mistake to cry for this animal. That was why albert never used him after the 5th june.
In life, all bully meet his match, he got that in Mr Morgan and Mr Ciseau.
Tata! Mr Morgan has 3 dan in black belt karate, he can raise round-house 6.3ft high and the force pound-per-square-inch generated from his kick is 60psi which can derail a Tata bus off its course, so be wary. Warning... run home if you hear he's 1 mile radius to where you are standing.
For Mr Ciseau, he's specialised in Jut Can do - higher than 2 dan black belt in kung fu also his speciality is fore-head-axing which means with an angle swing head butt, your forehead skin can be spilt open like you've just been cut with a small axe. He is as dangerous, so if you hear he's in the vicinity of town, run and run fast!
Did Mr Desaubin got Le Marinier on Merit or was it another favour from Mr. Rene for services rendered?

Who cares?
TATA Desaubin "haters" beware because there is another very well trained and very equipped generation preparing to step up in his place. You, your government, your Arabs and Ghurkhas are insignificant in the fight to come. My life and path was predestined for before I was born and I have been working hard in preparation and conditioning in many unsavoury arenas for the time to come since the age of 16 teen years old.
Regardless of where TATA has been or hasn’t been, what he has done or didn’t do the passion and extreme focus will be on the freedom and justice of the Seychellois people.
