Subject: RE: Have you done your report on the Seychelles Human Rights as of yet. You said it would be ready in a year it is time!!
To: Lawrence Wells

Dear Mr. Wells,
Thank you for asking.  So far as I know, we are still waiting for the Seychelles to present their written report to us, so that we can analyze it and respond.  If they delay further, eventually we will proceed without their report, but for the moment I believe we are still waiting for them to present it.

Thank you for your patience.

With best wishes,

Gerald Neuman

NEW GOVERNMENT MICRO-ECONOMIC PLAN

Due to the current financial situation caused by the slowdown in the economy, the Government has decided to implement a schemme to put workers of 60 years of age and above on early retirement - thus creating jobs and reducing unemployment. This scheme will be known as RAPE (Retired Aged People Early).
Persons selected to be RAPED can apply to the Govt. to be considered for the SHAFT program (Special Help After Termination).
Persons may be RAPED once, SHAFTED twice and SCREWED as many times as the Govt. deems appropriate.
Persons who have been RAPED could get AIDS (Additional Income for Dependants and Spouse) or HERPES (Half Earnings for Retired Personnel Early Severance).
Obviously persons who have AIDS or HERPES will not be SHATED or SCREWED any further, by the Govt.
Persons who are not RAPED and are staying on, will receive as much SHIT (Special High Intensity Training), as possible.
The Govt. has always prided itself on the amount of SHIT they give our citizens.
Should you feel that you do not receive enough SHIT, please bring this to the attention of your local MNA, who has been trained to give you all the SHIT you can handle.

Yours sincerely,
The Committee for Economic Value of Individual Lives (E.V.I.L.)

P.S..... Due to recent budget cut and the rising cost of electricity, gas and petrol the Light At The End of The Tunnel - has been turned off.

Govinden fails to submit another human rights report.

Don't forget to include the AG office chargin political personality Issac with a crime and seeking 12 months jail term, and filing case out of time.

This is another human rights violation.

18 years, not a single human rights report filed by Seychelles, but yet, the PL communists want a seat on the UN Security Council.

In the meantime, Michel has connived with Mugabe to abolish SADC human rights tribunal.

EU must suspend aid to Seychelles.

EU as well as a world bank,IMF should suspend loans/Aids to Pp unitl real and genuine politcal refroms in undertaken to move towards democracy.Foreign loans given to a dictatorship do not benefit the people but help prolong the rogue regime survival and its continued abuse of human rights .corruption,etc..it legitimate tyranny.

Forerign loans(we must always keep in mind)are debts which we the people will need to pay back, thus unless the people benefit directly from it,it should not be handed over to a gang of thieves in order to financial its dictatorship.
Foreign donors must know that sponsoring tyranny make them complice ,therefore they have a choice either ask for genuine refomrs or simply keep depending thoser loans until Pp liberates its poepl from tyranny.

Foreign donors should feed the people not bleed them by sponosoring Pp tyranny.

DICTATORSHIP is STATE TERRORISM.

Michel is in Sri lanka because Sri lankan,Neapal,Philipin are complaining about their peoples who immigrate in foreign country like Saudi Arabia,Bahrain,Dubai and seychelles to have a better wages otherwise they will stop their works going abroad to work. Seselwa we will be happy about that.
That mean pp have no choice in the near future, stop bringing them or pay more or give Seselwa back their
jobs and give the a wages that they can feed their family for a month.
