I am no economist, but I am told that the Islamic banking system is the best and fair. You will not end up like Cyprus if you adopt the Islamic banking system. The Banks are the only ones who will find problem with the Islamic System, because it does not enrich them as fast as the traditional system !

He will be the first person in the world to become a Neurosurgeon by studying online. That will go with his certificate from some chinese UNIVERCITY.

Norman Weber, Guy Morel and Francis Chang Leng, all are criminals.

On the late Guy Morel, i know what he was up to as i worked for this guy for three years.

A first class crook who at one point was married to Jenny Pomeroy.

He was in serious debt and never paid a penny back as he was close to Rene.

I will refrain from saying anymore for the time being but stay tune.

The Swiss University Conference does not list the institution where Fanny got his doctorate among the "Recognised or Accredited Swiss Higher Education Institutions.
Seychellois please research his useless doctorate before we bestow our praise on this guy. Another idiot running our high office I guess that's the price we pay for having a president that is illiterate.

Islamic Banking system is made and fit for islamic world becuase it is base of Shari'ia law.

1.31PM
There is nothing to be jealous of,we do beleive Seychellois have capacity which is not the case of PP who keep infesting our institutions with foreigners. Moreover, there are lots of other Seychellois even better than S.Fanny out there who have not been given the same opprtutnity as Steve for they not member of PP.

8.50PM
This universtiy exists. My concern is Fanny before going to Switzerland have been exercising in different PP administration,he was able to avoid the collapse of the system ,i hope now after learning of how to do things properly he would be able to help PP get out of this blackhole.I doubt if he would be able given the fact that he have been long indoctrinated by communist ideology.

Most of the time people with great mind are impeded by Universities. Most of the people with masters had taken somebody else work and ideas as their owe. Some call it plagiarism.

The most prestigious universities are the most corrupt.
Knowledge is not judged by your university degree but by the implementation of your skills.

Is it better to hire someone who can do the job but has no UNI than someone with a degree but who do not know how to get things done.

In our Arab world it is normal to display one's qualifications, and there are novelty diplomas on the market that will give someone a professional look and add to many advantages. They make an excellent achievement on CV's and in offices. Whether it is for sentimental or professional reasons, getting a fake Swiss diploma from a phony-diploma company is not difficult, cost only $200/-.
Fake diplomas from Phony-Diploma look just like real diplomas -- same style lettering, emblems, seals and stamps are printed on real diploma paper stock. The fake degrees display the course of study, type of degree, graduation date, and name.
Rolph, Steve & ors are not stupid.

We have chosen the Steve Fanny thread to make a particular comment about Obuntu - properly spoken like ki-swahili, Ubuntu OS.

Given that we led a mega conflict to topple IBM 1978 from power onward, then Bill Gate to the top - our aspiration and expectation of the future world as a young Interdisciplinary Management executive. Particularly events/issues surrounding the deployment of Windows OS the important synergy/dynamic it gave the world in greater economic workings and drive. Then Linux/Obuntu/Ubuntu. {Lady Thatcher was made very aware and how she embraced this issues/development at the time and her comments in the parliament and public} By the way those in then Seychelles particularly Mr Giovanni Mario Ricci role, the Italian fraternal/illuminati/masonic workings. The setting up of Seychelles Financial structures and offshore foundation.

The psychology, discipline and scientific formulation to develop Window OS have been addressed over the past 20 years -in the case of Seychelles because of the failed SIROP program to deliver what had been expected instead only 150/200 Seychellois exile returned and the state of Seychelles economy, benchmark and best practice - Seychelles government believe in experimenting - we do not believe in experimenting. We have other channel to experiment if we wish to.

Having written about Obuntu/Ubuntu OS, the corporate benchmark in Africa today and Seychelles currently would have been reluctant to press those in IT sector in Seychelles to encourage the large populace to consider seriously using it as Window OS.

For sometime China have been toying with the idea of having is own version of WWW - the fact/associated dynamic which pushed China in taking this decision to use the Linux Open code/Ubuntu OS to provide its populace with an effective Operating system.

In doing so the Chinese have saved the toast and beacon of Africa - this include Seychelles.

The Window OS is a philosophy, approach at viewing the world and its workings - Seychelles after 21 years of multi party change is not yet ready for it/cannot cope.

Life pension for MPs Sr 20 million annually ,is higher than the budget of Education,Health, and some more ministers combined.

The ADAM'S FAMILY...

Like father, like son...
The 'Minister@ of foreign affairs, during his presentation in our National Assembly this week was struggling to convince us why the ruling party should give asylum to Mr. Madri El Sakri. He hinted that he may consider permanent stay, without citizenship etc. etc.. To Be a @Minister@ one needs credentials, ability, compassion etc.. This 'Minister is totally devoid of most of these qualities Perhaps he has acquired how to avoid an important issue such as asylum, from his father the former Seypec chairman who avoided most things financial concerning the citizens of our country. The 'Minister' was attempting, but he offered very little, except excuses, after excuses. He attempted to explain the difference between a Red Notice etc.. A child could have done better. Most of the things he attempted to talk about could have been avoided in the first place. He should have returned Mr. Madri El Sakri to Qatar, from where he appeared to have boarded the plane, with an expired passport. This is in accordance with International Travel. The @Minister' ought to know that. None of our own citizens would get away in any other country with an invalid passport. The 'Minister' was quick to send packing a man from Burundi - a poor man. This man could conceivably have had reasons to justify his application for asylum. There was not investigation because he had nothing, by way of money, to offer this ruling party. Whereas Mr. Madri has got pleanty of money, stolen from the people of Tunisia. He is a criminal, a fugitive. No questions. He does not qualify. The citizens of our country do not wish this man and his criminal family to tarnish our reputation, yet again. Send him back to where he would have to face his people. Obviously this concept is not familiar to our ruling party in Seychelles.
This 'Minister' is obviously well practice to telling lies; perhaps much similar to the former chairman of Seypec. But this should not be a model we should aim to aspire our younger generations, in particular.

A blogger recently mentioned the deal between the Seychelles and Cyprus concerning the oil tankers being used by the Seychelles government.
It is widely reported that Cyprus is now considering collecting as much money as it can get to prevent their country from going down under. We understand that soon they will be sending out revised bank statements to all. Our Minister of Finance should get himself prepared to have to renegotiate our payments longer term, yet again - unless somebody can bale us out.
The question is-- Are we likely to be able to pay our debts anytime in the future??

Anonymous said...

Do you realise our debt has gone down by over 15% in the last 4 weeks. We have some great economists manipulating the exchange rates to ensure we can service our debts. I say strengthen the rupee by a further 10% !!! PP you are warned here on SFP Blog, this exchange rate manipulation will come to haunt you very soon.

You completely right. That Pp state terrorists are chanting the prasies in favour of El Matri is nothing unsual. It is a normal ritual beofre Pp thugs commit their next premeditated crime. It was like when the sold our patrimony to Khalifa, when the sold our oil fileds too.

Allow me to add the following.El MAtri was deported becuase he tried to enter Seychelles with a an expired Tunisien passport which must be noted has been cancelled since by the new Tunisien government. That El Matri could go through the Qatarian immigration whithout problem to board a flight to Seychelles in itself raises question. If El Matri presented once again the same expired and cancelled Tnusien passport at our port of entry that means he committed the same violation of our immigration laws twice. The propose procudes in any democratic countries would have been to jail El Matri then deport him again.Under Pp state terrorists things work differently ,instead of arresting him for committing twice the same offense on our soil ,he was welcomed and protected by Pp thugs.

Now lets go back to El Matri claim of Asylum which is baseless.PP wants to make us beleive that El Amtri escaped Tunisia during the jasmin revolution and landed on our shores and since he was stateless he asked for Asylum. If this would have been the case then El Matri would have been rightfully consider a REFUGEE or a STATELESS person, thus his claim for Asylum could have been consideredBut that is not the case Pp wants to sell us.During the Jasmin revolution Ben Ali and his familly found refuge in QATAR where they were welcome with open arms by the King.Since then Ben Ali and familly memebers including El Matri have been given QATARIAN nationality and their familly have the protection of the Qatarian governemnt.Therefore.El MAtri is neither a refugee nor a stateless person,he holds a new Nationaility which is the Qatarian nationality. So the there is nothing to do of whether El Matri should be send back to Tunisia or not.But rather should El Matri who is now a Qatarian and is not wanted in Qatar, who familly lives there as peramanet resident, without the fear that Qatar would extradict them, claim for Asylum justify? The question is cristal clear .It is a big fat No.

.Should we give a foreigner who breached our immigration law twice Asylum when he is not a refugee or stateless person?Should Seychellois accept foreign criminal on their soil?NO of course.

Lastly,Note that the new Tuniien governemnt which not Ben Ali's dictatorship but a democracy has never banned El MAtri from wntering Tunisia. It is El Matri himself who refuses to go back to Tunisia because he is afraid of face Tunisia free and fair justice.

El Matir ,PP holds Qatarian legally obtained travel documents ,he is a qatarian, therefore he has no grounds to claim Asylum nor PP can ever justify their pretexts. There is no need for an investigation PP-El Materi by violating our immigration laws make himself a criminal on our soil ,thus no criminal should be given safe haven under the disguise of Asylum.

El MAtri is not wanted in Qatar were his wholwe familly reside, they has already a home where they are welcome .AStop bullshitting Seycheelois PP.Stop your sell out donkeys.

Note Also, that when JENPA said we not going to give him our citizenship.WEll,of course not,No country on earth would give a Asylum seeker their nationality overnight. It would have been illegal.

Again El MAtir is not someone who during the jasmin revolution flew directly from Tunisia to Seychelles to save his life and then asked Asylum. No,El MAtri and family are permanet legal resident of QATAR.They are not wanted there,so El MAtri should be send back to his new homw QATAR where he is not wanted or have any risks for his life.Pp must stop selling out our Birthrights and patrimony.

No resident permit for Qatarian El MAtri. He is not a refugee PP.

Jeanne D'Arc, save your breath. JAM is the President and owner of Sesel. He will authorise the residency of El Matir, the same way he authorised the stay of Jules Egbert Savy aka Krecir. If Matir needs a new Seychelles passport JAM will authorise it with a new name. Maybe his new name will be Abdul Ali Chetty !

Seychelles: a cradle of consolation for the politically afflicted
March 31, 2013 in Travel Related
(Forimmediaterelease.net) A Letter to the Editor by Sir James Mancham, the First President of the Seychelles, addresses the application of Mr. Sakher El Materi, the son-in-law of former Tunisian President, Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, for political asylum in Seychelles. Sir James Mancham writes:

Dear Sir:

I refer to the recent articles published in Nation and other newspapers in Seychelles concerning the application of Mr. Sakher El Materi, the son-in-law of former Tunisian President, Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, for political asylum in Seychelles.
I believe, that against the background of my legal training, as the founding President of the Republic of Seychelles, who was granted political asylum in UK after I was deposed in an “unconstitutional” coup d’etat in 1977, that your readers may find my comments on the issue to be pertinent and of interest.

I share the view of the Seychelles Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Jean-Paul Adam, that perhaps the most important question to consider, is whether the applicant will receive a “fair trial” if he is returned to Tunisia?

There is no doubt that vicious partisan politics still characterize the situation in a politically volatile and divided Tunisia today.

Personally, I remember the series of allegations which were made against me by those who organized the coup in order to justify their violation of our constitution. Forty years later, history, of course, speaks for itself as to the value of these allegations – with our people able to interpret them in the context of the post-coup d’etat realities.

From the human rights standpoint, it must be highlighted that the death penalty is still in vogue in Tunisia, whereas Seychelles abolished it many years ago. Furthermore, human rights organizations have recently accused the Tunisian authorities of torturing and maltreating many who are now under arrest including friends and relatives of Mr. El Materi.

In considering the position of the sovereign Republic of Seychelles on this issue, the Seychelles government should not overlook our traditional reputation as “un berceau de consolation des affligees politiques” – “The cradle of consolation for those politically afflicted.”

Branded a “terrorist” leader, Archbishop Makarios arrived here on a British warship for a life in exile which was abruptly terminated by an invitation for him to come to London where an agreement was struck which ended in the charismatic “terrorist” leader becoming “His Excellency, the founding President of the Republic of Cyprus.”

Chief Prempeh of Ghana who had been forcefully deported from his native land for “treasonable behavior” spent enough of years here for him and his family to become fluent in the Creole language before they were paraded back home to their kingdom in Ashanti. Then, we had a Sultan from Malaysia and a former Prime Minister of Egypt, who both, in their own way, added color to this chapter of our history.

And just a few years before our independence, another British warship dropped here Mr. Afif Didi from the Maldives, who easily integrated into our community. Regarded as an “undesirable at home,” Mr. Afif Didi, in Seychelles brought-up a family who provided us with a Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, a Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation (SBC), a popular doctor, as well as today’s Chief of the Cabinet.

Who knows what additional value Mr. Al Materi could bring to our community besides the headlines which are currently keeping Seychelles in the news?

Yours faithfully,
James R. Mancham

One simply question I will ask JRM ,man are you still able to make love with yr Australian born wife? If the answer is no because u hv become impotent, then I can understand where you are coming from.

Anonymous said...

It is not about his return to Tunisia. It is about should El MAtir who has alreada been granted Asyluzm in Qatar is a staeless person or a refugeee that his claim of Asylum in Seychelles is justified? The answer is no.We are talking about his return to Qatar where his family including himself have been granted refuge and permanent residency.

The quetion of whether to send him back to Tunisia or not rest in the hands of Qataris governemnt the country who gave them Asylum. Moreover, lets say the Qataris refused to granted him Asylum? Thus he firstly would have been deported by qataris governemnt and secondly does it means want dictators and famillies do not find safe haven in other countires Seychelles should be their final destination? Why does El Matri goes to Saidi Arabia known for welcoming dictators or else where?PP wants to give us the feels that when the owhole world refuse asylum for world dictaros and families we Seychellois have an obligation to give them refuse.

Pp is trying to amalgate El MAtri extradiction call by Tunisian governemnt ,a call made to all countires and Asylum in an attempt to give legitimacy to PP thuggish process.

This rediculous argument by Pp and Mancham are shit and baseless.

Mancham arguments and comparisons to other Dictaotrs or persons do not hold water. There arguments are rediculous as the look.

As to Afif, this was the beginning of our birthrights sell out to foreigners.Afif was part of the coup, and made minister by FAR.He was the one palying and replaying cassettes of Gerald Houreau before being murdered by PP.

I agree with blogger 10.47 AM

There is obviously conivance between the Minister of Foreign Affairs amonst others. Their aurguments are redundant. The more one reads about the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the more one learns how he had absolutely no intergrity. A Minister is expected to come to the National Assembly and tell the truth. In the case of Sakri Madri his response certainly cannot be validated. We recall that, when the case of Sakri Madri first surfaced the Minister told us that Madri was in Seychelles as a private visitor. He later told us that Madri was no longer in the country. We must wonder how did Madri get in and out of the country, without a valid passport. Who facilated his travel. When the International new media became aware, the Minister told us that Madri is now back in the country, but seeking politcal asylum. Therefore Madri was in the country illegally. We should be told what pasport Madri used to get in and out of the country? Where there any communication, either verbal or otherwise between Seychelles and Madri BEFORE he came to Seychelles with an expired passport? Who allowed him to travel from Qatar and entry in Seychelles? It is a gross contempt of the Seychellois people for a Minister to behave in this manner; smirking all along. How can our citizens be expected to kive their lives dutifully, when people such as Ministers, high ranking offiers behave in such d fashion? It seems that this Minister had something to do with the case of Mr. Desaubin. Where do we stand?
An old chap I met the other day lamented and said "Everything is in Disorder here". No one knows where they stand regarding the law.
Unless the bastion of our society - the laws - apply to every one; we stand no chance of getting our country back to what it should be, especially when people at the top cannot be trusted to tell the truth.
