B.  He Said on sbc report “Because He Was Running the Place illegally and conducting illegal things in it”.

C. He Said on sbc report “That the Service was not up to standard

New Restaurant opens at the Inter Island Quay and even the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporations could not even divulge as to whom are the new owners of the place.
The Le Mariniere saga which is still in court is a case of pure direct malicious and ill intent by an individual whom targeted the tenant MR. Naboth John Desaubin solely for his personal vendetta in the issue. After research but still unconfirmed news has it that the Le Mariniere case is still undecided upon nor has there been a final verdict in the matter.

Confirmed research has it with valid documents that no cancellation has been done in the business known as Le Mariniere prior to Fish Tail Restaurants current existence, more news goes to suggest and awaiting confirmation that the same person behind the petrol station undertaking at grand anse and beau vallon is behind it. Allegations has it that lawyer Basil Hoareau is responsible for overseeing the business documents that registered and set up the Fish Tail business which every Seychellois is gossiping that it belongs to Marie Antoinette Rose of Parti lepep.


Andre Ciseau must be going blind if he did not see this proposition plan for le mariniere services proposed by john desaubin.

The business is said to be registered in the name of a member of her family but believed that she is the real person behind it all. Reasons disclosed by Lieutenant Colnel Andre Ciseau now more than ever is put into question when I uncovered that the previous owner Mr. John Desaubin had since 2002 filed an application to the port authority to extend and maximize the service for the Domestic passenger terminal ferry services. The documents are undoubtedly beyond questions that the intent of the tenant was to promote his business and grow it into a real success both for the Seychelles and the service industry. So why were the documents never entertained?


For Ciseau to see clearly or the seeing impaired

Did Andre Ciseau when he took over the authority knew of these documents existence or did he simply choose to ignore them?
As any sane business man would do is secure a long term and adequate lease in order to invest in a business where the property is not his own. Did the authority under Andre Ciseau thought of this before he opened his mouth on sbc to suggest that the service quality needed standard at Le Mariniere?


A below quality service does not receive awards do they?

Well if Ciseau came out with blanks it seems Desaubin has a full armored jacket on him as I further discovered that even international organizations in the service industry recognized his service and even awarded his business for it. Documents and compliments goes further than just to ridicule colonel Ciseau’s hostile takeover of the Le Mariniere from Desaubin fully aware that he was violating the gentleman’s rights.
Ciseau without consideration for the law or inspecting his office chose to simply make a move without knowing if the planks were stable. This is not uncommon when we take army officials and put them in the public domain asking them to run the course of the ship. As often we have seen in the past as history holds many cards. There are differences in the army code of conduct and the civil world or “Doit Des L’homme” as blatantly said by Minister for Foreign affairs Jean-Paul Adam.


The case of Le Mariniere is now more than ever in a need to be dealt with once and for all as if one law is broken to suit one man’s ego than the whole backyard can be opened to clean these ego’s by exposing corrupt individuals and ideals.
There comes a time in everyone’s life when we need a little “Je Vous Salut Marie for Morning, a medium Notre Pere for Lunch and a big Je Croix en Dieu” before going to bed.

Note: That on the 07^th November 2010 (Human Rights Day) when Lieutenant Colonel Ciseau Gave the order to have his employees of the port authority barge in Le Mariniere without cause or legality. Breaking the doors, removing the belongings of the Tenant putting them to the streets he was in total disregard to “Doit Des L’homme”.
According to Ciseau military tact was necessary as this is part of what he was bread with as an employee of Parti lepep formerly known as SPPF and SPUP.
