RE: Human Rights Violation of Mr. Emile Francoise

We are writing on behalf of Mr. Emile Francoise a member of Seychelles Freedom Party (SFP), a citizen of
, who has been systematically and repeatedly beaten and harassed by NDEA officers with a wire rope on his back. He has suffered damage to his rib cage; the damage is visible from our digital video of his testimony. Seychelles

monitors human Rights abuse and non reporting by the state of
Sanction since May 2011.
As Leader of Seychelles Freedom Party, I want to make it clear, that we will not tolerate any further human rights abuse by NDEA and state authorities.
Additionally, I make it clear; we will not tolerate any further attempts by the state apparatus which includes your office, to cover up human rights abuses, from time to time.
Having said that, I ask you to see to it that Mr. Emile Francoise, who is indigent, is provided with state sponsored consul of his choosing to pursue this matter successfully and I ask that your office provide him the necessary protections and support to empower him as a human being, and prevent further degradation of his humanity.
