The Marc Davidson case of Ex Plantation club goes on

The case which is resuming this afternoon at 13:45PM is going to be one case worth following big time as this is the key case to unmask and expose the real intent to foreclose plantation club and bring in the Arabs.

As seen in the picture above from the court house this morning Lawyer Frank Elizabeth representing Mr.Marc Davidson in a gesture of repugnant clearly shows that he is repulse from smelling the bullshit coming from lawyer Bernard Georges Mouth.

What a camera moment and by 13:45 PM more to come stay tuned in......

Here and there is enough to prove that this regime is nothing more than crooks. GEEE when will the rest of Seychellois realise that we are being used as sacrifice to satisfied Arabs/ Russians.

Give Davidson what belongs to him, and compensate him for the ordeal and stress that this government has caused to him and his family.

EODC Operations Limited gets only SCR 125,818,169 and one million in USD.

Marc Davidson was right to say though justice was served justice was not done.

The courts sent in Bernadin Renaud to Rectify the anomaly but though rectified the court omitted a law and got the appellant to compromise in order to make deal!

If we are to start making deals and the courts has no necessity then all judges should be retired and lets adopt the stone age practice of deal makings rather then the classic by law.

Remember all of you foreigners whom is having a ball on the people and on Seychelles property under the wing of PL that nothing last's forever and change will not compromise for your health here in Seychelles we will exercise democracy and freedom for those who was wronged be very afraid1!

Let’s be honest about it, he went into a legal marathon in that case and just before he was about to clear the desert to enter the village, greed took control like in the movie ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’.

The Bad wanted the chunk of the dead cow’s carcass for himself with the intention of leaving some bare knuckles & bones for the Good.

When the Good pleaded for a tiny slice of lean meat to add to his apportionment of bare knuckles & bones, Bad chased him away with threats of retaking back what has already foot-thrown at him…

Lucky the head of the village had to come to his rescue to reason with Bad to allow at least a slice of the lean meat to go with the bare bones.

It will be interesting to see how the Ugly, who had been called in at the 11th hour to security-guard the carcass will eventually get something to drop in his boiling lentil pot.

If the Good had not secured and legitimised his claim on the carcuss, hungry eagles flying over would have devoured it completely…

It will be also interesting to know in the final report how much ‘liquid’ was taken from the dead cow prior to leaving the carcass!

I bet a wide-smiling-portion if not a whole leg!

Does it matter who is right or who is wrong ! Mr Davidson is a Fabrike - and the Arabs are the latest New Fabrike. This is a case of money talks ! In the old colonial days the British and Yanks used to call the shots ! In this New Seychelles it is the Ruski and Arabs that are king ! Just look at ex-tracking station - now belongs to Khalifa - same goes for Plantation Club now belongs to Arabs. The days of the Brits and Yanks are over in Paradise. Welcome, Arabs, Russians, China and Highend Indians.

Just ask Ton Jim he will tell you all is well in Paradise. Just keep our head down, work hard, look at opportunities around us and grasp them with both hands.

Leave The Plantation and Kemplinski down for the courts to decide in favour of the Arabs !

Mr Davidson did not earned his citizenship illegally like RAMAMDOSS and others.Mr Davidson came to our shores becuase he likes our country and love our people.Mr Davidson, could have gone is another country to invest his money but he opted for our country.Mr Davidson was the first person to give Seychelles a first class hotel and all his staffs were Seychellois.Mr Daividson respects our people, dito ot our envorienment, rule of law.Mr Davidson, never treid to act above our law nor our people,he never attempted to make us third class citizens in our homeland,he never get invloved in our National politics and so forth. But the point is not that here,it is about justice.Mr Davidson assets in Seychelles was robbed and gifted to the Arab despot call Khalifa who told us he was to build a new ffive star hotel but instead he built a HAREM.Mr Davidson has a legititmate right to be given back what belongs to him and it is not by trying to find rediculous excuses that will change that.

May be you can explain to us why you do not criticize the criminal action of your master who simply confiscated Mr Davidson's hotel and gifted it to his boyfriend KhALIFA.

Your blanket accusation that all foreign investors in Seychelles are 'fabrique' is uninformed. Not all foreign businessmen or women here have citizenship, not all of them are connected to Le Pep. Like Mr Davidson, a lot of us have brought business's, jobs for local seychellois, and pay millions of rupees in Tax into the Revenue commission. We expect no favors, and want no involvement in Politics or bent politicians!

Bringing cheaper foreigners workers to work in Seychelles, this is giving jobs to Seselwa fuck off dezater.

We know Davidson family came to Seychelles as investors who later were swindled out of their investments through a systematic policy to extort the Plantation Hotel from them with the intent to sell to a member of the Saudi Royal Family.

In fact the new Kempenski hotel was built opened before Davidson could touch a single cent in settlement of monies due to him.

Mark Davidson is not a Fabrike, as he holds no Seychelles passport. He is not a citizen of Seychelles, but an investor who has been screwed day and night for years now.

We should all condemn such conduct on part of the government of Seychelles apparatus, which has systematically, undermined one investor for another more favored investor to repay back favors rendered.

We should all fight to insure investors in Seychelles should all be treated fairly.

We should all fight to see that the era of special favors comes to an end, because this is the root of Seychelles failure under SPPF/PL.

Davidson should use some of that money to fund the opposition and bring down PL. We all know that if the opposition is properly funded at elections, PL will be defeated. He can then get back all that PL has stolen from him.

Anonymous said...

Now the opposition are eyeing Davidson as a potential cash cow to fund their lavish lifestyles and Isaaq's prime cut rosbif!

At least it is homegrown money and not Khalifa's petrodollars. Oh, I meant the opposition, i.e. SNP.

UN Human Rights Council taking place in Geneva right now. Missing among the lot is our country Seychelles.

Get Gill and Isaaq to write to them!
Hurry lest you might miss the deadline!!!

My point is there are many Seselwa families who had their properties stolen off them during the one party days ! I would rather you focus on these more important issues if you need grassroot support ! I can list you 10 cases, because I used to work in the planning department. There is one particular family who had their town property acquired in the interest of the People of Seychelles. That property was registered to the Government of Seychelles only to be transferred to SPPF a few years back ! Who is shouting for these voiceless families !

Yes there are other Seychellois who have been depossed from their by Pp thugs and the process is still underway, the new method is called depelcement whereby people are being transferred from firm land their ancestors where born on to artificial land on Perserverance etc...

Now,for those people who have been victims ,they must speak out ,come forward present their case then of course we will give them our support. You proclaimed to know ,many cases then make it public or ask those persons to xcontact SFP administration in order that they can be helped.

These people are still pulling for SNP to help them out one day! Good luck suckers!

Anonymous said...

SFP does not make a comment to solicit money from anyone. There are three opposition parties that do that full time and two of them are in the extortion business.

Marc Davidson's hard earned money belongs to his family.

SNP has tried to extort him along with SPPF PL and it is shameful and disgraceful. SFP has recorded the event, again.
