David Pierre Groomed By The Wavel John Charles Ramkalawan Leadership Registers Political Party To Provide Credibility To Rig Election Process And Shadow Room For Democracy Implementation!!

After Pierre Gracefully Resigned from the Seychelles National Party see link for video of resignation and bogus reason: http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3Dp0MykfFfWJ4&h=vAQB5HMUZ

Quite a bit of other fellowship of the SNP crowd went over the wall as well, Crossing the floor and crucifying the leadership for it. Below is a Communique of the Electoral Commission office Showing and confirming the registration of "Popular Democratic Party", Leadership David Pierre.

The Major concern of the People as to why David Pierre is now back into politics when the link to the Video above clearly shows him refusing to participate in or with any political institutions and pledging to commit to business with family members. David Pierre who now is well equipped with the one party state regime and government officials may be grouping up to make this one a process without a shadow of a doubt.

The Vice President's office where Mr .Pierre was constantly being seen walking in and out needless of an appointment is a trophy for the SNP leadership, as he created Mr Pierre into where he is today. Once again thank you Wavel |John Charles Ramkalawan brilliant leadership skills. Just hope that when comes nomination day you do not have more crossing the floor to stand along with Pierre as we know quite a few have crossed the floor lately and a right hand candidate for Pierre might just be Jane Carpins!!

This proves one thing. PL is desperate to have an opposition, albeit a weak one. But David Pierre is not opposition. SPDP is a government party. We have two parties in government.

Refer to first comment. Precisely stated with keen accuracy.

If a party has two political parties, one ruling and one opposing, in the context of a Democracy, it is tantamount to an uncle in a home raping an under age child.

This is One Party state at its best. A fake opposition is highly dangerous precedence.

The PL and Pierre, appear to have made a grave, grave error in judgement born out of shear desperation.

I am very sadened to see what remains of the SNP, Ramkalawan cut a pale figure at his last court appearance accompagnied by an aging Bryan Julie and B Georges. I wld have hoped that by now they wld be thinking of the future of the party but alas they appear to have dug in their trenche. SAD.

Had the Executive and Leadership of SNP listen and taken up the National issues of the 15,000 - 20, 000 Seychellois exile/refugee, their rights and abuses, the mega con for the past 20 years.

The demand and call for a strong/important national review of the/that SIROP etc exile/refugee $500 millions - $800 millions program and the putting in place a Senate system - they would have been in government by now instead the utter mess. The $50 and more billions Gearing mechanism.

This is once again a very important lesson for all those who wish to engage in our national politic - nobody recall what took place prior to all the exile political faction returning to Sechelles Seychelles after 1991 and the Parti Seychellois then, the issues and events of the fusions.

Never once for the past 20 years have the United Opposition/SNP acknowledge our letters, email on the above important National and internatinal issues. The utter arrogance.

{"What about the Sabadin Family very important contribution to the United Opposition/SNP}"

Their Lawyer Mr George "said/stated after the Court yeaterday, we put you there so by the same logic we can.ought to be able to remove you".

What's wrong with "ageing" ? Why can't they still contribute ? They are very experienced.

All this political demagoguery from Parti Lepep is happening while the government calls for social renaissance.

There will be no moral renaissance or social renaissance in this country while Parti Lepep is in power and, like Gaddafi, will do whatever it takes to stay in power. This country is doomed socially and morally under Parti Lepep and its sister political party, PDP.

Age is not the issue.

The issue is whether they have the heart to unite the opposition and seek the greater good for Seychelles. Yes they have made mistakes. It is human to err.

But what will they do from here to make Seychelles a better place is the relevant issue.

That is the issue.

They can still do this.

Pierre can be young, but he is a young sell out! When he is old is will be an old sell out!

Those that follow him can be young or old, they will still be sell outs!

It is indeed sad, not just for the SNP but for all of Seychelles.

And if, by some manipulation of the election by Parti Lepep, Pierre and Carpin get into the National Assembly, they too will join Parti Lepep's calls for social renaissance while they wave about their dirty thirty pieces (or whatever the equivalent is today under Parti Lepep) of silver.

They have no business taking part in these elections, unless their name is Judas Iscariot.

You have been using the term "sell-out" bonavini. Now you know what real sell-outs are, if PDP is being funded by PL.

It is quite obvious that MONEY seems to be at the root of the present difficulties of the SNP. If Ramkalawan had stayed the course and had not negotiated a hefty pay package and salary in 2008, maybe the others wld not have done the same thing now. Pierre, Carpin and the rest of the SNP sell outs were taught well by their then master Ramkalawan that it is ok to seek favours from the SPPF/PL, they have just mastered the art of selling out their souls. No it is just a case of pot calling kettle black, aret bez donn mon grenn. My opinion is that form part of the SNP are as bad as each other, you guys are all PL at heart.

My view of the cases before the constitutional court.

1. Wavel Ramkalawan's case. This is a weak case. The constitution clearly states that the sacked MNA has rights remains an MNA until the Constitutional Court has heard their complaint. But the case will highlight problems with the constitution. But as the rights of the sacked MNA are clearly spelt out in the constitution, I do not think the judges have a right to rewrite the constitution to remove the inherent unfairness. I think she had the right to vote in the two dissolution votes because she was still an MNA, but not if the assembly is reconstituted again.

2. Carpin's case. This is a weak case. The constitution gives the party leader the right to remove proportional MNAs, especially after she has been expelled from the party. Carpin will need to prove that SNP violated it own party procedures in rotating or expelling her. I expect Carpin's sacking to take effect at the time the constitutional court gives its judgement. If the assembly is reconstituted, she won't be back because she would have been rotated out. Carpin had to make this appeal, otherwise her rotation would have taken effect immediately and she would have had no right to vote in the dissolution votes. Having made her appeal, that it is.

3. Prea's case. This is the strongest of the cases. It is the one most likely to succeed, under an independent and fair justice system. Herminie rushed through the dissolution of the assembly within less than 24 hours and had no time to follow proper procedures. The emergency that he invoked is laughable. The courts should make Herminie work within the law. That is what they are there for. There is also the argument whether the motion was indeed a motion to dissolve the assembly.

What we are seeing is that Ramkalawan did not have this iron-grip, dictatorial hold on the party that his opponents accuse him of. There were many differing opinions that had to be managed in SNP, not the uniform opinions like in Parti Lepep and North Korea.

It has been just money money money, the root of all evil.

That is what SNP is grappling with.

Anonymous said...

SNP has always had to fight against Parti Lepep's money. That is what has held back democracy.

SNP MNAs voting for a pay rise in the national assembly is hardly in the same league as taking Parti Lepep's money to start a fake opposition party to contest national assembly elections.

Its a simple case of money talks, AND IF YOU CANT BEAT THEM JOIN THEM. Seychellois are easily bought, and Le Pep play on that simple fact.

Anonymous said...

If you can't beat them join them?

What kind of a retard said that?

They are failing everyday, and you want people to join them?

Why don't you just step into a coffin and call it a day?

Money money money! That is all this guy is about.

He needs money to feed his numerous wives.

The truth of the matter is that this country is crying out for some socio-economic changes which will not happen under the ruling of a party who came in power by a coup. The only way this will happen is by a complete overhaul of how things run in this counrty. First the electoral process has to undergo a major and meaningful reform in which EVERY Seychellois can exercise his/her fundamental right to vote. This will not happen under the current constitution, but it can happen by mounting pressure from all corners of the planet. This is where SNP has failed; to bring Seychellois together. They can still do it, and I believe that they are taking the right stance by not participating in this election. They should not play Michel's game and get people to rally behind them to bring about the changes that cannot happen without a protests as we have seen in the last year across the globe. The use of social media should be maximize. The reason this tactic needs to be deployed is that for all elections so far, the goverment has abused it's position to influence voters. just to name a few; better job position within the goverment, scholarships, material things, alcohol, envelops of money disbursed to citizens the night before the election, especially on La Digue, by Gregoire Payet.

SPUP, SPPF, and PL, whatever you wanna call it has fucked up this country left, right and center; In November 2008, Seychellois became three times poorer overnight before this stupid reform that was called by the IMF; this goverment has fucked up our education system as they have fucked up our athletes. They closed down private schools in the 80's, built the pseudo-Cuban National Youth Service, the NYS, then closed it down, and then later allowed private school. In sports, they banned sports club, introduced "regionalisation", and now what we have been seeing, is the re-emerging of sports-club. What a fucking waist of time, our money, and consequently people have left for better opportunities elsewhere. Who can deny these facts. And yet people still vote for these mother Fuckers. What the fuck is wrong with us Seychellois.

There has not been any improvement is sports since the late 70's and 80's. Instead we have seen a substantial degradation in the level of sports, but a great improvement in alcoholism, and prosttitution over the last 20 years under this fucked up goverment. They are getting richer while most Seychellois are struglling to make ends meet. Look at Danny Faure, for example, someone who claimed he believed in Communism, and now he is a well-established businessman. All of a sudden, he is a great Capitalist! Talking about redundancy, he should be the first one to go, as this mother fucker does not know the difference between his arm and his ass when it comes to econimics; all his work is being done by Ahmed Afif. So why not kick this mother fucker out and stop abusing tax payers money. If anyone wants me to continue, I will...
