Re:

Financial Piracy in the Republic of Seychelles:
Call for an Investigation
To Whom It May Concern:
This communication requests that the Office of the Prosecutor commence an investigation into the Republic of Seychelles for violating the Rome Statute.1 See Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, art. 5, opened for signature July 17, 1998. Hofheimer Gartlir & Gross LLP has been engaged by numerous parties that have been subjected to outrageous conduct in Seychelles. We write to you on behalf of our clients.
The Republic of Seychelles (“Seychelles”) is currently sponsoring international financial piracy on a massive scale. Since 2008, Seychelles has been robbing the bank accounts of legitimate businesses and law abiding citizens from around the world. Seychelles has resorted to extortion, kidnapping for ransom, and threatening children to prevent anyone from challenging its bid to rebuild its foreign reserves through state-sponsored piracy.
The Seychelles and its Financial Intelligence Unit (the “FIU”) have seized over 100 bank accounts from foreign depositors in the last three years. The FIU is purportedly tasked with protecting the financial system of the Seychelles. Instead, it uses its authority to rob foreign depositors of their money. The FIU is staffed by former Irish police and military officers who have been specially hired by the Seychelles for this task and purportedly receive substantial commissions on all monies seized. Specifically, Liam Hogan, Barry Galvin, Declan Barber and Joe Cully staff the FIU.
The modus operandi of the FIU is simple. First, the FIU scouts bank accounts held by foreign depositors in the Seychelles. Next, it uses its authority to freeze and then rob target accounts -- without any justification. Indeed, on more than one occasion, the FIU has frozen account withdrawals, while allowing deposits to continue, in a surreptitious bid to increase the funds the FIU can to confiscate. Last, if an account holder tries to recover his money, the FIU will go to great lengths to stop him.
We are aware of numerous cases in which the FIU has robbed or attempted to rob the bank accounts of innocent businesses and individuals -- three of which have thus far resulted in lawsuits in the U.S.
For example, in the Scholes case, two Britons named Steven Scholes and Terence Stewart were arrested on false charges, kidnapped by the FIU, and ransomed for the money held in their Seychelles based bank accounts. The FIU held them for over three months and threatened them with fabricated drug charges. The FIU repeatedly menaced and interrogated the 14 year old daughter of Mr. Scholes to further intimidate him and his family. The FIU even threatened to imprison Mr. Scholes’ wife, so that his two young daughters would be placed under the custody of the Republic of Seychelles. Under this relentless pressure, Mr. Scholes and Stewart gave in, paid their ransom, and left the Seychelles.
Given these nature of these allegations, the undersigned respectfully requests that the Office of the Prosecutor commence an investigation into the Republic of Seychelles for violations of the Rome Statute. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss this matter and/or need further supporting documentation.
      Very truly yours,

Nothing of course. Parti Lepep likes to be go web-surfing and posting out-dated stuff on their blog.

By all do respect the article shows that seychelles is under investigation in the case and the only reason why this investigation is resuming now it is because the same opposition that vowed to the people to pressure this communist regime of James Alix michel to root out corruption has its own officials cohersed and corrupted in the affairs.

I know a lot of you is claiming why pick on the opposition why bernard george is he not an opposition like you.

Well just to tell you guys the truth; it is this same type of thinking that has got us to what we have and where we are today gullible to PL and Democracy in chains while a Zonm Lib Statue says otherwise.

If people like vox and all the rest who says they are freedom loving seychellois wants sfp to hold back on all the dirties snp NDP or boulle or even any sponsors of opposition has been in then you are no freedom loving seychellois.

We cannot compromise Democracy, Freedom and finally Regime change. We need clarity and cleanliness of all ill doings to our country and to our people.

If any of you can do that then you will know why MSR boycotted the presidential election and later registered as SFP did the same for Parliamentary election convincing the rest to follow despite there political agenda.

Boycott was and is a success and the rest will be done at a round table. The only way is dialogue and clear thinking which skeletons piled in one's cabinet will never provide the space for such.

With no due respect, the letter shows that someone has asked the ICC to investigate. There is no investigation going on. Any idiot can ask the ICC to investigate, it does not mean the ICC will.

With no due respect to the ignorants in Parti Laliberte, the ICC investigates war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.

The comments by Steven Scholes is recent. It shows Georges a top SNP leadership in conspiracy with FIU and higher up Client to defraud his own Client.

This is one more example of SNP leadership complicity and conspiracy with PL. So far, SNP leadership has attacked Isaac and defended Georges. It is sick and exposes the cancer of sell out in the opposition.

There is more to come. I suggest you be a little polite.

Dear, Dear Friends,

It is fairly late in Britain - we have watched the SBC news, listen very attentively to the two musicians and their words - we were "not born on Saturn or Pluto."

We have read the comment and none of you have made any serious effort to understand/motive for Mr Gill Article. "We once wrote in the Kent family Somali kidnapp incident - the very important global investment to help you the people of Sechelles Seychelles to remember you do not live alone on this planet - the small fish on the shores of our Island can get to know a very great deal what is going in Kent and other parts of the world - those who study the science. When you believe, think you have all the power, resource to destroy, harm somebody be very careful there are birds, insects, reptiles who can listen and communicate and their reactions. This science existed 6000 years ago."

Beside the mega corruption at Commonwealth level - St Paul protest, global, the incident which took the life of President Ghadaff, those who know and saying nothing. The protest around the world about big money.

That SIROP etc $500 - $800 millions exile/refugee program. Seychelles was on the edge when we presented this program in 1987/8 plus some $50 to $100 billions in regional and international gearing. Those who have made fortune beyond their wildest dreams. The conceptor, the person who have fought for the past 21 years to keep this program going and very many highly complicated Seychelles economic and business issues - has never been paid a salary, all those who have come to Seychelles to rip us off from this program connections - the list and detail will make some of the recent scandal minute.

We have Embassador and Consul in London and the gathering of the Embassador and Consul in Seychelles at the Seyuni building.

We have written how those in Britian the Coalition government, leading politicians have been abusing us, the vast amount of money they and their friends have been making out of our person - all the fall out and that do not stop them - they all know perfectly well what we are writing about.

We have stated very bluntly why Lehman Brothers went bust - we brought Lehman brothers to Seychelles on the back of that SIROP program - events and development. We made 13 attempts to meet President FA Rene in 2009and travelled specialy to Seychelles, those who know. What ensued across the globe. We stated on this very blog all those form the Commonwealth who know that that SIROP etc program impacted massive issues right across the Indian Ocean and Africa yet the lies, corrupted benchmark. They are ripping off everybody.

We know the state of Seychelles, regional and world economy. Had we to shut down all those current projects related to that SIROP etc exile/refugee program the very massive mess. That program caused President FA Rene to step down. We had hope that President JA Michel had under stood. We have stated there are mass of issues related to that Program the greater public do not know.

Seychelles government, most of the Embassadors and Consul gathered in Seychelles know and have got to know about that program. They equally know what is happening to our person in Britain/London - why. Very many of the Seychelles Opposition, the public and families, church know what is going on. Having said what caused Lehman Brothers to go bust- those who knew what we knew and yet did as if they knew nothing, the heavy price everybody paid. The USA White House know what we are talking about.

That article of Mr Christopher Gill is a bliping red light.

I am sorry i have to disagree with what has been written. B Georges is far from the richest lawyer in Seychelles. He may be the most indebted. My point is that this article is about a letter written by a firm of lawyers requesting the ICC to investigate Seychelles. No mention is made of B. Georges. However we know he was involved in at least on the cases involving the FIU. We have to distinguish between the struggle of liberating Seychelles from PL tyranny and a few brebis galeuses that form the opposition i.e Georges, Ramkalawan. The time for unity is now.

"If people like vox and all the rest who says they are freedom loving seychellois wants sfp to hold back on all the dirties snp NDP or boulle or even any sponsors of opposition has been in then you are no freedom loving seychellois."

I understand you JP Isaak but i disagree with you. In life we have to make concessions. My opinion is that Ramkalawan and Georges are at the end of the road when it comes to politics. SNP is preparing for a Convention. I understand that N Prea and G Henrie will probably take over the head of the party. I see this as an interim stage. At this stage (boycott stage) we do not need a strong leader. I hope that Prea does not think he can take the SNP to an election in the near future. He does not have the charisma and capacity to do so. My opinion is that Prea and Henrie should hold the fort until the right person comes along. Henrie is trying his best with Le Seychellois but he is limited, a good tv presenter does not necessarily make a good print journalist/editor, unfortunately Le Seychellois is not living up to expectations which makes one realise that Henrie does not have what it takes to lead the party despite all his good intention.

My point again is that we should not weaken the SNP any further. Ramkalawan had to go, and he is going. The time to consolidate and allow new blood to come in is now. That can only happen by democratizing the party.

I understand however that Mr Isaak and Gill would want to promote their own party and interest. I do not denigrate their contribution to the cause. I only wish that there is some way SFP,SNP and NDP could collaborate, find common ground and forge ahead. The last few months have shown that the crop of new leaders that PL have promoted lack the ability to take the country forward. With Rene keeping his eyes only on a few interest, the PL has lost its strategising capacity.

The Opposition should take the opportunity (since they are in the wilderness) to regroup....i.e reculer pour mieux sauter.

Vox

Ramkalawan did not have to go. He should have ignored the few voices clamouring for him to go. He should have led the boycott and then make way for new leadership for next elections, if better leadership emerges. The case for new leadership did not make sense anymore once it was decided to boycott the national assembly.

As it is, we are getting rid of the best leader we have ever had in the opposition, without better leadership available. Hence what Vox (one who has been leading the clamour) now euphemistically call "interim stage". Parti Lepep will like this. Without Ramkalawan, the SNP leadership will disintegrate. Without representation in the National Assembly, the new leaders will struggle to raise their profile.

We should keep Ramkalawan until there is clearly someone better to take over. In any case, he is best placed to lead the boycott.

Anonymous said...

At this point in time (boycott stage) we do not need Ramkalawan or a strong leader to lead the SNP or the Opposition. The fact of doing nothing is wearing down the SPPF/PL. In fact the Opposition is in such a strong position that they can put in stronger demands: i personally beleive that the departure of H Gappy should be one the most important demands. This man has almost singlehandely orchestrated SPPF/PL electoral by victories inactions (refused to call or interven when it was patently obvious PL was buying off electorate in the 2007 and 2011 elections), and recently actively campaigning for people to go and vote. Another demand would be for a proper Police Commisioner and force. It is abundantly clear that without an impartial Police force the opposition is unlikely to win an election. Let us push the enveloppe even further and tackle the judiciary (a reform of the Judiciary is equally important) as it was clear in the SNP v Carpin case that the Judiciary is biased against the Opposition.

The above are just a few demands that the Opposition should be fighting for.

Ramkalawan has decided to go on his own accord, what are you going to do? Force him to stay? Is he such a fool as you make him out to be, to listen to what you term as a 'few' voices? Are these 'few' voices so strong?

As long as Ramkalawan ia around the possibility of a charismatic leader coming forward is nil, Ramkalawan is a poor judge of character, ALL the people he was soi disant 'grooming' turned out to tbe traitors (excuse the pun) to use his own words from Nigel Rosette, to H Lucas to the annointed one David Pierre. The new kid on the block, Gervais Henrie was choosen for personal reason. Despite my liking for Henrie one can hardly consider him leadership material.

Maybe it is time to listen to the 'voices/vox' of the few...your voice what was lead us to where we are presently.

The digital admissions to his client, reveal that Georges has an ongoing conspiracy to railroad people particularly his own clients, for the pleasure of the PL administration which controls FIU 100% and the Seychelles Judiciary. The article highlights Government of Seychelles complicity and Georges is just one of many other apparatus used to meet the objective of this complicity. He will not be sanctioned by the Bar, because it too headed by Derjacques, another SNP leader is in complicity with the PL regime . He will not face any trial, because he serves his PL masters well and he is encouraged to doop his clients and doop voters in the opposition by the same stroke of genius.

The distraction of sell outs in SNP which are numerous and engulfing the entire leadership, making it a docile opposition must not distract us from the real cause of failure in Seychelles: Communism and PL. However, the symptom of sell outs must be exposed, because this is a tool to communist retaining power. It is for this reason alone that the SNP want to lead the opposition for another 18 years and deliver the same lame results. We say No!

A docile opposition pleases the PL. It means they have nothing to worry about. Those of you in the opposition that advocate a docile sell out opposition, I have one word of advise to you: we will expose you all- because we can and we must to move on if we seek regime change.

I suggest if SNP has new leadership, it engages in dialogue to chart a united course forward. Failing that we will expose all sell outs, like we expose those sell outs in PL that conspire to sell our patrimony and make Seychellois 3rd class citizens in our own land. We expose PL sell outs for one reason: we can!

I understand the main financier for the SNP in the last election was SIVA, a Fabrike that obtained a passport through cozy relations. Can SNP clear this matter up for us before we expose it further. Duplicity of agenda can survive the horse age, but not the internet age.

Magna Pathetic SNP beyond 2000.

It would be a pity if Wavel was to go now in this stage of the game. For the dynamics and strategy so far pushed forward by the Alliance composed of Ralph, Philippe and Wavel have clearly been the winning factor for the opposition stance taken recently. These three men are beating Parti Lepep with brains and strategy far more than they ever imagined. (The words of an "observer" who I respect)and which I share.

Christopher and Jean Paul if they are aspiring politicians have shot themselves in the foot in their determination to destroy SNP through their leaders. A big mistake! They would have been better at forming a non-political movement to expose corruption if that was their motive and in doing so, won more respect. They are immature and vindictive. Their recent statements to expose everyone NDP, SNP and Boulle are indications that their parallel motivation is to try and bring down all the politicians in the game right now because they are being left out in the Alliance bloc.

Vox is right on many points, but I do not agree that in this interim stage Wavel should go. Not just yet!! The trio, (Ralph, Wavel and Phillippe) are doing a great job because all three have been in this struggle far longer than many and have matured in their perspective and abilities. One could argue that there may be others suitable, but do we really need armchair politicians right now who are unable and unwilling to take the risks. It is a pity that the Alliance had not taken this strategy a few months ago, but we should not cry over spilt milk and maybe even having done so we cannot guarantee that things would have turned in our favour.

Should they continue to be attuned, consistent and forceful in their strategy, we can have a lot going for Seychelles to achieve real and genuine democracy. What a pity it would be not to avail ourselves of what is now obviously working. Neither does Gervais Henrie, Nichola Prea Mark Hoareau, Sylvestre Radegonde have the abilities or astute leadership qualities to lead SNP or the opposition to successfully follow through the transition stage which we are going through to achieve real changes for Seychelles unfortunatly or more still to stand against Lepep's cunning manoeuvres.

I am not suggesting that SNP does not need drastic changes within its leadership structure, but the circumstances which necessitated this some time back, have now been overtaken by different events. If this was to happen as good and competent individuals they may be in their own fields, now is not the time to introduce new men in the field with no proven political "stuff" for we will find ourselves set back many years and the damage may be irreparable in lost momentum and wrong decisions made through lack of political foresight. There could be a proposition by SNP that Wavel continues until the reforms are completed after such time the SNP can decide on a strategy to participate in the next presidential elections hopefully continuing to work with the opposition Alliance.

I would even go so far as to suggest that Wavel is re-elected to see through reforms but that new officials are appointed to the Executive Committee of the SNP, so that Wavel would no longer be surrounded by the same old guards, so that new blood could be integrated in the party to see it forward. Since the EC officers are going to be elected this is an opportunity for those sincere and committed to the ideals of the party to bring about some changes while using Wavel's experience to complete the reform process.

But then that's something the likes of you, your leader and your colleague in arms Jean Paul may never understand.

Anonymous said...

I said greedy RAM as his past however,if RAM is prepared to overlook and participate in the reforms that is a good thing but it should be done first within the unified opposition at the round table first to ensure that opposition speaks in one voice and act on pre-agreed decision taken within the untied opposition.Any attempt to go it alone means devision and division will weaken oppostion thus play in the hand of pp.One could also question the Why is RAMnot participating at the round table, does he thinks he has the answer of how to better reform things than other leaders or he is doing what he knows best namely play the game of PP in attempt to divide oppostion? And why does RAM thinks that reforms he was unable to achieve in eighteen years he will make alone today?

Who says the Alliance does not agree on pre-agreed points for discussion. Should we expect serious people to be splashing each and every point discussed for everyone to know. Do you really think that Christopher has shown maturity, wisdom and good sense in his approach towards the SNP leadership with the belief that he can bring them or anyone for that matter on their knees. . Can you blame Wavel for not wanting to sit at the same table as Christopher. Christopher has slowly burnt his bridges sadly.

I will be surprised if Wavel were to abandon the opposition boycott. It is a poor strategy to get rid of Wavel and then wait for who else is prepared to take over. Now is the time for anyone who thinks he can do better than Ramkalawan to step forward. We should not get rid of Wavel, unless we know who will take over.

A lot of people is talking about a new leader for SNP, replacing Ramkalawan, but no one has come forward to commit themselves, where is that new leader, where will he come from. JP, Christopher Gill, Jeanne d'Arc, Nicholas Prea, Henri? they don't have what it takes to lead the biggest party in opposition. It took years for the snp to get to where it is today thanks to the tenacity of Ramkalawan. He has his faults like anyone else but he is still by far the only one who can lead the snp at this point in time, I don't see another leader emerging with the qualities and commitment to fight the sppf. It's good to sit on the fence and find fault with everyone and everything, but no one is willing to get their hands dirty, everyone is busy looking after their own interest. Gill has formed a political party start having rallies or meetings to convince the electorate that they have the best ideas and policies for the country, start a newspaper, yes they blog but blogging reaches perhaps 0.25% of the population, this is not enough. All I see on their blogs are petty squabbles nothing more. No one is stopping SFP to come out and offer the population another way of doing politics, that's what they should be doing and not fer kankan and point fingers.

So in the absence of political parties and snp being the only choice since DP everyone hated paul chow for stealing party money that's your 46%.

Now that Christopher gill has outsmarted anyone of snp dp or boulle and parti lepep by creating his own party SNP goons claims Ramka is a bulldog that can successfully run things!!

Ase fer langet manman don, ramka petet i en bull dog pour sa bann pti prosti ki i anmase lo tar dan lanwit anvil pou desire.

Eski zot kwar nou seselwa nou kouyon pou dir ramkalawan kinn boycott!!

My friend
RAM is either a stooge or a useful idiot or both. But personally i think is looks more like a useful idiot than a stooge. The former fits him best -he is aware of his role and support for Pp but pretent not to be aware of it and constantly make excuse for it.To say RAM has been and is the real man is the opposition is an insult to all those thousands of Seychellois who have find their standard of living ,sical standard, economy and so forth getting worse than even when we were under Rene one-man dicatoarship and that in a system where there supposed to have oppostion to conter balance and check on governemnt abuses, corruption, cronysm .Eighteen years as main opposition leader singing his own priase of succeessful the same success that pp communists sing namely our country bankruptcy in 2008,sell out under the watch of RAM,annexation of our lands by Arabs, devalution, prostitution and crimes sky rockeing and the countless mis-steps of a failed regime ,that is not sucess it is total failure.

Moreover, you complaining about crtitcism we made on RAm and try hard to paint brush his image in order to make him looks good.If you cannot accept criticism than one can conclude that you have a communist way of seeing thing namely do what the dear leader tells you and that without question, without refusal. No a freedom loving person is someone who accept criticism and also ready to accept when one is wrong-after all it is part of man's nature.Criticism should be a time of reflection and the questioning of oneself of the whys such criticism,by doing so you either fall deeper in anger or use those criticism in order to in get the goods out of them .That is also a quality a leader must have ma friend.

On SFP supporters it useless to argue with you on the number of supporters and followers SFP has,for practical fact(last election boycott) has already shown this party ability to mobilize, organize, galvanize people behind him.A second indication of SFP success was indicated at SNP rally with a strong turn OFF which left RAM in deep psychological disturbance.Thirdly the call of boacott by SFP showed that boycotters or voters did not switched side.Four, turned out was lower than in an election conducted since the instalation of pp so called multi-party system.I can give you a list of pratical events that shows the fast progress of SFP but turely you know it to ,you just find it hard and may be even jealous of how SFP conducted this suceessful boycott and SNP would have undoublty want to have such capacity and ability which unfortunately it does not have to be sucessful.Lastly the rapid progress of SFP to becoming the main opposition party is mainly because of its ability to listen to the voiceless which are in their majority, put the people and country interests before personal ones, fight for the people libety amd freedom not only every five years when election is around but constantly,on a daily basis and of course being close to the people it wants to represent and serve. And as you can see the best way to serve the people is be with the people not supporting the very regime that oppress them.Ram would need a radical u-turn to ever gain his lost fame, and in this world where information is almost as fat as the speed of light, hiding behind lies, practicing conspiracy can not be for ever stay hidden.

Sorry Pissed
I am not a male nor a tranvesty. But where is SFP supporters? You can find it out by yourself. In order for you to be successful you have to do one simple thing-find first where all the SNP ex-voters who did not turned up in Sulvian's garden are.To help you in your finding-note that those who did not turned up did not join PP camp, nor DP.I am sure with this hint you will soon find out and may be will also help RAM in his decision of wherever to hold a convention or not for holding a convention and ask supposed SNP voters to decide on whom they want to see as their new leader will be like searching water in a desert, for to date neither RAM nor SNP few handful of members left really know or sure if they still have supporters left.So go make the finding if you fail to get any clue or outcome ,then only i will be glad to tell you were they are.

It is immaterial who leads the SNP or the Opposition during the boycott stage/electoral reform stage but it is material as who would be the unified opposition candidate chalenging the PL in an election.

At this stage the opposition should just set their demands and if not met by the PL just boycott any future elections.

B Georges in his write up Democracy claims that without electoral reform AND sanitising of the instituitons (Georges has not referred to the Judiciary and the Police/armed forces but they are equally important in the democratisation process), a change of govt is virtually impossible.

I agree partly with Georges but would disagree to say that despite the lopsided field Ramkalawan could have won the 2006 elections had there been a unified opposition, clear campaign strategy and an organised opposition with structures in place (*1) The 2006 situation may come again but probably with a new opposition candidate.

However SNP analysis does not take factors in *1 in consideration but rather concentrate on the electoral process.

My feeling is that without sanitising the instittuions and even if the PL were to met all the demands of the opposition when it concerns the electoral processes, the Opposition may find it difficult to win an election unless the conditions set out in *1is present and Gasppy is no longer head of the Electoral Commision.

If the intention is for the SNP to eventually participate in an election once the electoral reforms are done, then should it not be logical that they choose new leader (since Ramkalawan has said he is not going to stand again in elections)? If not then Ramkalawan might as well stay on.

I agree with you VOX
Everybody expect to see Gappy's electoral reform be one that entails democratic principles and processes that we can start calling the electoral Commission a democratic institution which would be an important step toward moving to full democracy. If the reforms propose by Gappy do not follow democratic norms and the electoral Commission continue to be just part of a machine to keep PP at all cost on power, then I think the Opposition who showed they have a majority of supporters behind them(Ref.boycott)must not only be ready for future boycott but the boycott must be accompanied by other actions such as strikes ,street protests in order that we the people take back control of our country from this gang of criminals.

It is good that Ramkalawan does not take advice from Vox (and he has been subjected to much bile as a result), otherwise he would not know which way to face.

Ramkalawan is no fool. The results of the Presidential Elections scared the crap out of him. James Michel got absolute majority in all but TWO districts being Beau Vallon and St Louis. SNP got an absolute majority ONLY in ST Louis. He realised that in the district elections he was going to lose further ground and the dissatisfied in his own party would go for him. His boycott was certainly not out of principle as it was for Gill and possibly Boulle. Volcere is a simple farce whose front is no different to his back. Ramkalawan is simply trying to buy some time and hope something happens. On the other hand Ramkalawan as head of opposition means that Michel will keep winning elections. Go analyse the presidential and district elections Lepep have retained their voters.......56%. however the opposition remains but I doubt that SNP has over 40% with the current leadership. Time will tell.

Interesting take on elections. But you ignore one thing -- lapenn pa nivo -- which gave Michel his "victories". The boycott is designed to rectify this. Michel does not know his real support in the country. He will know his real support when the country has implemented democratic reforms and he fights elections fairly and not with a massive advantage that is insurmountable for his challengers. No more elections under one-party state conditions. As for the boycott, better late than never.

anyone knows what is happening with those seychellios fisherman that has gone missing in our waters yet?

Anonymous said...

YES they are in the hands of Somali Pirates who came all this distance and were pratically behind Denis Island without anyone spotting them.Pp regime has failed to protect our citizen as well as our soveriegnty.

Now let us have an insight of the fialures of PP to act and take apporpriate actions to secure our sovereignty.
1) We were told a few years ago that we how have a system of RADR (whatever)that allows us to see and control what is going on in our EEZ at least within a perimeter of 400 km 2)We know according to Pp regime that the two fishermen when missing on Sunday and even the coast guard lost contact with them on SUNDAY-THe question is why did the coast guard just after losing contact with them did not undertake a search knowing that our territories in teem with pirates,3)we were also told that a French fishing boat was late on this same day attacked by the supposed same Pirates-why did Pp regime failed to act after the French call the coast guard to informed them also boat was under attack to planes or coast guard ships were send immediately to chase them or at least keep track of them? There more questions to be put to PP regime on this issue but it is already right to say that PP has failed at all level and on all fronts they just do not know how to do things.MY piece of adivce If PP does not get serious about the risk and take apporpriate actions to deal with it e.g builidng a Base near to Soamli on one of our many coral isalnd sooner thsn altter they wll start going ashore and kidnapping Seychellois in their homes as well as toursits in hotels as it happening in Kenya qwhich will be a devastating for our toursim industry.

All Opposition supporters that remain in SNP, must abandon SNP sell out ship now!

Exposing Bernard Goerges sell out as being a PL James Michel operative in the opposition is just the begining . There is more and it is shocking.

PL will use SNP to field a fake opposition after they dump Pierre and PDM because he was not able to fool the people.

Freedom Party is the only hope for Seychelles. We must all rally to support and defend Freedom!
